Blackthorn Golf Club wanted to redesign its player card loyalty program. The club implemented EZPRICE PRO, EZLinks' revenue management tool, within EZTEE PRO for golfers to compare pricing. Golfers who signed up for the club's Black Card were eligible for discounts compared to public rates.
Within one year, Blackthorn increased Black Card Member rounds by more than 1,300 and revenue by more than $42,000. Blackthorn's strategy turns regulars into Black Card Members and keeps its tee sheet full.
