Rancho Las Palmas Country Club was using multiple systems and interfaces to control its 3rd party pricing. With multiple systems, changes took too much time and the club did not feel in control of its business. The club implemented the EZPRICE PRO revenue management tool to control all its distribution channels in one place.
EZPRICE PRO drove a 10% year-over-year increase in the club's average rate, and an overall gain of 8% in year-over-year golf revenue.
Rancho Las Palmas also added the EZBOOK booking engine to post tee times on its website. The tool gave the club more control over online member bookings, and reduced the number of non-members booking an incorrect rate.
